The CHECK-IN process from our automated kiosk is carried out in 3 simple steps in a practical and comfortable way in just 1 minute, within the established schedule from 15:00 to 22:00. You can access to your room from 3:00 p.m.
HOW DOES THE AUTO CHECKIN PROCESS WORK IN ARRIADH?
It is a very simple method. You just have to follow the instructions that will be shown on the screen, have your locator or QR code provided if you have a reservation at hand and provide your ID / Passport and Credit Card when requested. (American Express and Dinners club are not supported.)
At the end of the process, the machine will provide you with your receipt of the check-in operation with your room number, proof of payment and the key that will facilitate access to the room. This key is a conventional type and that is why it is necessary to return it to reception at the end of the stay.

The reception support hours are available from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m and 5:00pm to 08:00pm, from monday to saturday. We have a virtual concierge, video surveillance and 24 hour security.
In case of urgency or need, you just have to call the hotel telephone with 24-hour operation and we will facilitate your self checkin process as much as possible.
